Kununurra Visitor Centre Staff

The staff at the Kununurra Visitor Centre pride themselves on the great service that is offered to the visitors through our doors. Very professional in our customer service ethics, our staff are always friendly, offer up to date information, and will go out of our way to make your holiday a treasured memory. We look forward to welcoming you to the spectacular East Kimberley, so drop in and say g'day to all of us at the Kununurra Visitor Centre.  We have three permanent full-time employees but during our busiest months (April to September), an additional 5-6 Reservations Officers join our team.

Narelle Brook, General Manager

Narelle commenced in tourism in Kununurra in 2002 when, together with her husband, she managed Lake Argyle Cruises for a year.  From the end of 2002 to early 2008, Narelle worked with aviation company Slingair Heliwork WA firstly in the Marketing Manager position for 3 1/2 years, followed by 6 months training for the General Manager position for the fixed wing division of the business - Slingair Pty Ltd.  Narelle managed Slingair Pty Ltd from January 2007 until March 2008.  In May 2008, Narelle commenced as Manager of the Kununurra Visitor Centre.  Narelle has lived in Kununurra since March 1995.

Nadia Donnelly, Office Manager


Nadia commenced employment at the Kununurra Visitor Centre in 2002.  Nadia runs the shop floor and manages our Reservations staff.  Nadia returned to the Visitor Centre in January 2009 after a twelve month holiday 'globe-trotting'.

Alexis Ward, Reservations Officer - Trainee

Alexis worked with the Visitor Centre in 2006, and left to have her baby boy.  In 2008, Alexis re-joined the Kununurra Visitor Centre and in July, commenced her Traineeship for a Certificate III in Tourism (Visitor Information Services).
